Shipping, Returns & Cancellation
Website order usually ship within two or three business days.
You can choose from US Mail Priority shipping or UPS Ground. Canadian orders are shipped via US Mail.
International customers please contact us via email for a shipping quote.
Wholesale Orders Ship via UPS Ground.
If the product you receive is defective it must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We will replace and defective product with the same product or one of equal value should the original product be unavailable. If you are returning the product for any reason please call customer service at 800-774-3875, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Order Cancellation Policy:
Please submit any cancellation via email to email@example.com, or call customer service at 800-774-3875. Cancellation email must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing you order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping after the merchandise is returned back to us.
